I have nothing but good things to say about Craig Swapp & Associates. Every person that was involved in my case was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. While my case did take 2.5 years from the date of accident through medical care to settlement, this business made a really crummy situation into something that was less dreadful and seamless. They were honest about what we could expect and the resolution was completely reasonable. Trish was fantastic to communicate with; always so nice. I worked with Steven F. and appreciate how realistic he was and how well he explained the process of each step, which took away a lot of anxiety on my part. I’m very happy I chose them to work on my case. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

My Girlfriend and I were hit in Downtown Boise while crossing a crosswalk under the pedestrian crossing light. I broke my leg as a result. I missed out on a couple weeks of work and was worried about the hassle of having to deal with insurance companies and court and everything else involved in such incidences. So we made the decision to call a lawyer to take some of the stress off of our plate. We called Colton and Juli at craig swapp here in Idaho and I don't even have the words to describe how helpful and easy they made this whole situation. They came to us at the house we answered a couple of questions, sent them our hospital information, had a handful of phone calls and they took care of EVERYTHING else. I have used Craig Swapp before. A friend and I got in a car accident not our fault, we were going to college, working, church responsibilities, etc. We had enough stress and didn't need any more.
