The associate was most helpful. She took time to ask pointed questions after listening to me ramble. She definitely helped me see where my claim’s expertise lay and kindly offered to connect me to a partner firm or message some resources about my claim. Nothing like minding your own business working for a Catholic school and within a week or so be surrounded by Mormons who are lying through their teeth about their intentions… it felt good to be heard and taken seriously.
