Very professional and very kind.

My family and I were involved in an auto accident and I had heard of Craig Swapp and Associates so we reached out for help. About 12 years ago now, I was rear ended and saw the "One call thats all" commercial, thought the company could help me settle my case from being seriosuly rear ended. When it's all said and done and the time to settle was upon us, I went to an office by the Boise Post Office off River St, the Lawyer handed me a paper to read. It was filles out by a female employee, it read many hateful, judgemental, incorrect, assumptive and racist comments, some of them I will never forget "Patient obviously likes to be treated" "The Doctor must be single" stuff like that. Being a young Woman I didn't know what to do, I asked for a copy and the Lawyer RIPPED THE PAPER FROM MY HANDS and actes like nothing happened. I said I wanted a copy and he told me no. He went on to tell me he could get me another 1000 or so but he has to work harder to get it therefore he was charging me more money. This wasnt the Man on the commercials, I wanted that guy, this had to be a joke right? I'm the customer! He went on to tell me that I had until 5 pm to file eveything or I had gone past the expiration of filing and the guy on the commercial is just a face that they contract the cases out to whoever and thats just how it was going to work. I hope everyone see's this and if there is a case againsy bully lawyers, I'll be the first to sign. Magna Carta! As I said it was long ago and I got the law office wrong at first. I have corrected my error but good on you adding more insult to the injury #BogusLawyers #DoucheLawyer
