This attorney office worked diligently on my case & I was able to make payments after I paid the initial fees. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone needing to file bankruptcy.

If I could give no stars I would. First off, if you submit an inquiry they will blow you up for weeks. Calling, emailing, texting. They are relentless. HOWEVER once you decide to file, its like an office of chickens with their heads cut off. They set up a conference call with an attorney names Jake.... buuuut he's not an attorney. Not yet anyways, and then he tells you that you need another conference call with an actual attorney. So then a week later John Avery called me with Jake on the line. We go over everything and he makes it sound WONDERFUL like everything is going to work out, and they will work with you. NOT THE CASE!!!! I had my paperwork in the hands of SIX different people at this office. I was dumped from one person to the next, with no communication. No one knew what was going on, and everything John Avery told me on the phone was contradicted when it was time to file. The pricing, the promises about getting you into another car before you loose yours. If your looking for an attorney to charge you $2K and you never get to speak to your attorney and no one knows what's going on with your account this is your law office!!!! What a JOKE!

I wish I could give Avery Law ten stars! I had an unfortunate situation while trying to file bankruptcy and Janine and Melissa were beyond helpful. They answered all my questions and walked me through all the steps involved. I’m so grateful for them.

The employees at Avery Law were fantastic. We were treated with respect and kindness. They were very thorough and efficient in taking care of us. We would highly recommend Avery Law.

Attorney didn't reaffirm on my car, which was the ONE thing I asked him to do. Skirted any responsibility and my car was repossessed due to a "system error" through my car company that prevented me from paying on my car for 3 months BECAUSE my account was still in bankruptcy status. Then accused me of not paying my bill and I shouldn't have "broken contract". Didn't do the job I paid for. Terribly unhappy and will never recommend this shady place.

This was a very stressful time for my family and I. Avery Law was by my side the entire time. I never felt in the dark and new exactly what to expect. Whenever I needed something they were right there to give me an answer. I would recommend them to anyone!

I felt better right away after first consultation. I was trapped with wage garnishment and never ending credit debt and they stopped that wage garnishment fast!
