Bankruptcy process made easy. Mr. Farnsworth has been extremely professional and informative. Also his paralegal, Chris, has been amazing at answering all of my little questions and making sure all of my documents were in order. This is the best place you could EVER go in this stressful situation. Super awesome people to work with, and they don’t gouge you of your money and understand that what your going through and are willing to do payments according to what works best for you and if you can’t make a payment they are super helpful and willing to work with you in any way possible. I would give this place 1000 stars if I could!!! Personal thanks to Tina and Ryan I definitely recommend working with them!

I just can’t thank Holly and Crystal enough for all they did for me. My case was extremely difficult due to my circumstances, and neither of them gave up on me whatsoever. Don’t look elsewhere for a different attorney to handle cases like this, this group is the best you will ever find.

Definitely a good experience. Attorney walked me through the petition and the case manager answered all of my questions. After my 341 they called me and made sure I knew what was going on. In 2 months I should be discharged. I highly recommend you to go to Avery law if you need help with filing your petition for chapter 7, everything was a breeze.
