I contacted this firm end of November I then reached out to secure them with promises of a call back for almost a week and no communication. The finally I got a call back informed they would speak to the attorney and let me know when we could move forward. A week ish later I got a call Nick would call me later that day and here we are almost a week in a half since with no contact. I was hopeful this was going to be the help and hope needed however they lack of communication, empty commitments and lack of follow through show me that I could not trust what is communicated when the basics of communication couldn’t even be upheld from the jump. Not only am I disappointed but this set me further behind for what is needed to be done…

Make sure you read every line of the contract you sign with them. Because they do not give any of your retainer back. I was lead to believe otherwise. It states very clearly that they will keep it. This is my fault for not reading this contract, I admit it. And even after finally receiving my divorce decree they were sending me an email stating my account trust was getting low and I needed to replenish it back to the original amount…so they could keep it. Why would they do that? No wonder I am not fond of attorneys. Here we are waiting for this divorce decree so we can move on with certain aspects of our lives and they wait until the days end to send it to you. I found out from my ex that morning…not even them. Talk about poor communication. People work hard for their money…WORK being the key word here. I have never kept any money that I didn’t WORK for. I am sure he will say his firms works reflects more of a 5 star review. You only have like 32 reviews out of how many clients that you took money from? Yeah!!!

Going into my process. I was stressed out. I had been turned down by so many lawyers saying I should not fight for my kids! I would leave places bawling. I decided to try again. When I met James for our consultation I started to have a light back and a sense of hope. Since then he has fought for me and made me felt at ease. He got me everything I asked for and constantly told me it’s okay and made the whole process less stressful. I am extremely grateful for James Vavrek. I would always recommend him to everyone and everyone such a great lawyer to have by your side and Joe fricks law attorney office. THANK YOU JAMESSSSS!!!

I should have been aware of the red flags from the get go. 1. We met with someone that didn't really know all the in and outs and had to keep leaving the room to ask the attorney questions. We didn't even get to talk to the attorney. 2. I only talked to the attorney 1 time by zoom which was really weird and everytime I had a question I would have to ask someone that had no idea and it would take awhile for them to get back to me. 3. They would send me emails about hearings that were not suppose to be sent to me and then they had the audacity to CHARGE me for them! 4. I didn't get what I really wanted because the fact 4 different people where helping the attorney with the case and they basically told me just to settle with what happend in mediation. 5. The case is closed and I have a remaining balance left over that didn't get used and when I spoke with the 1st person to start the process he said it's not flat rate that the money I paid was for the retainer and if I don't use it all I will get what ever I didn't use back. Well I asked for that back and jeff said I would get a refund but didn't know how to do it then I got a call back saying I wouldn't get a refund. 6. The lady that answers the phone is awful and takes forever to even get you to anyone else. This has been the most awful attorney experience I have had. So if you don't like to be lied to, left in the dark, or deal with crooks run far away from this law firm.

They were good help, we had a couple cases to go through and James helped up through the process and made it easy. We were worry free with our family issues being resolved! I would definitely recommend him to anyone with family issues

Amazing staff and very professional. I highly recommend. I had a child custody case and they made it go as smoothly as possible. I did end with the results I wanted. Thank you again to this team. If you are looking around stop looking and call this team.

James was the best decision I have ever made. Due to James connections with local prosecutors from all his time working at the DA's office I was able to get my ex wife charged and convicted with multiple frivolous crimes and now have full custody of my daughter. Well not me but my mom watches raised her while I get to focus on my career until I have more time to raise her myself. He's not only done this for me but a few other clients of his as well. It may have cost me 40k but now I never have to pay child support or be bothered with my ex wife again. In my eyes 40k was a complete steal for how easy my life is now.

You sent an email because you are LOSING in a review competition and begging to have good reviews for the public with poor quality service given to clientele. Let the chips lie where they fall, don't ask your clients or individuals that did not get the opportunity to be a client, to leave you a good review when you did nothing for them. I did have a consultation....it lasted 1 minute before you all said "We cannot help you" Talk about compassion and time investment. None. I have nothing good to say, you didn't take the time to hear my case. You didn't take the time to understand. You did not take the time to give a fair consultation, you just said "Can't help." Sorry, I cannot help with your review competition you are losing, but perhaps this will give light on how to improve as you asked, this will show you what your actions did and maybe help with self-reflecting. Perhaps you can learn to grow by bad reviews and EARN good or great reviews! Don't beg for them. It's unprofessional and inconsiderate. Be willing to earn great reviews. That's where the reward is.
