"They're in tremendous demand".... If you're not able to meet in person with this self-important, high-demand attorney, don't bother calling. I Called this law firm about a month ago to schedule a consultation appointment, I told them my wife was in the hospital but I've been wanting to get an estate plan under way for a while but like most I am busy (4 kids). They said Justin was booking out a few weeks out and charges $3,500 - so I said we could do an initial consultation, then depending on where my wife is with her medical recovery we could arrange to come in together or for a notary to meet and finalize everything. They agreed. 2 weeks ago we had to take an unforeseen medical flight to Seattle for specialized treatments not available in Idaho. Justin's assistant Kari text me last week to confirm my 2/26 appointment. I asked if they did video calls, they said, "no but we do phone calls". She followed up again today to ask if I was prepared for todays phone call, I said yes. Finished filling out the info packet they request. Then got another text from Kari, saying, "Sorry but we actually don't do phone calls anymore". I asked if there was good reason that we were not able to do a video call given my situation, and they replied, "due to tremendous demand we are always evaluating and evolving how we do things-"..... If this is how they handle an initial phone consultation with a well-qualified potential client with a sick wife & 4 kids. Imagine how they'll handle your actual estate plan. No thanks

In 2020 I got divorced and realized I needed a new team of professionals to reorganize my life. I was referred to Justin but compared prices and found he was the most reasonable. However, that doesn't mean he gives less service. He was easily accessible, replied quickly to questions and efficiently finished up the process. I meant to leave a google review immediately to help others but kept spacing it. Today I was reminded that I still hadn't done the review. When a client returns after two years to say "thank you," you know the attorney did a good job. For any future changes, I will be returning to Justin. He has my complete confidence.
