My husband and I wanted have been wanting to set up a Trust, after procrastinating for several years we got our act together, Justin made it easy and stress free. Just needed a simple will. He was very patient in explaining what documents we needed and how to make some choices along the way.
Along with the will, he included other very helpful documents: Financial power of attorney, Healthcare power of attorney, and a few others.
Overall, very helpful as he knows all the ins and outs of Idaho law and expertly guides you through the process.
I would recommend to others.

Justin formulated an Estate plan (Trust) for me. No hidden costs, no extra charge for questions and phone calls. The cost was much less than other attorneys I contacted. Competent, friendly and can explain complex legal issues clearly. A down-to-earth attorney -- high marks for integrity and responsiveness. I recommend him with no hesitation .

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Justin on our estate plan. He was very personable and made us feel right at home. He explained his process in detail and made a task we had been avoiding, a piece of cake, with a cherry on top! I would highly recommend him and in fact have shared his name with good friends.
