We found Justin to be knowledgeable and very personable. He came highly recommended from a close personal friend, which helped. Justin made the process of updating our wills and adding a trust easy to understand. What we appreciated was the fact his website is user friendly and his prices are fair and upfront! He is very generous with his time, whether over the phone, emails or in person answering any and all questions throughout the process. We have and will continue to recommend him.

Justin treated us with such kindness as we worked our way through my mother-in-law's estate and then assisted us with our own estate planning. He communicates well, returns phone calls promptly and is highly knowledgable. He made working with an attorney a very positive experience for us.

I called and left a message for jeppesen twice. Each time I mentioned that my former wife has ALS and we need to do a trust as immediately as possible. He has not returned either call. Totally irresponsible. Can't imagine what would have happened if he had actually done our trust if we ran into a problem. I don't recommend this person at all.

Justin provided excellent, professional service for us when we went to him to get out trust updated. We had set up our trust 10 years ago out of state, and discovered that it was in our best interest to have it amended to Idaho legal standards, since we plan to finish out our days here. Knowing we are not subject to out of state regulations provides us with a great peace of mind. Justin listened to and answered all our questions well, and took the time to explain things that were important for us to understand.
