Justin recently completed a simple will for me, something that I’ve been procrastinating doing for years. He was professional and easy to work with, explained everything thoroughly and in laymen's terms, patient answering all of my questions, and his fixed-fee package pricing was reasonable and appreciated. I would highly recommend Justin and Jeppesen Law to anyone in need of assistance with estate planning, wills and trusts.

Working with Justin was wonderful. Not only is he pleasant to work with he is patient as well. It took us a while to get all of our information and papers together and Justin was always very understanding. I highly and I mean highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

He did an excellent job for my mother and she had a few issues that made things complicated. His suggestions were insightful. He also helped my mom thoughtfully consider her options on the emotional issue of beneficiaries and percentages, while being completely objective and not leading her in any way.

While estate planning is something most of us know we need, and most of us put off far to long because of the unknown, expense, allowing all our personal details to be seen, and dealing with “lawyers”, (it’s really not a dirty word!), we needed to do it none the less. Our journey began with a Goggle search of the area’s top rated estate planning attorneys. Based on the search we decided to narrow it down to two attorneys, one of which was Justin Jeppesen, the other, we were to find out, being Justin’s mentor. A little back story on the “allowing all our personal details to be seen” that we mentioned earlier. While I understood, or at least thought I did, my wife’s uncomfort with seeing an attorney and baring all, I didn’t fully “get it” until the first meeting with Justin, and that’s where this review really begins. Justin made us, and more importantly, my wife very comfortable from the beginning. He did this with his natural easy manor. He’s a down to earth guy that doesn’t come off has “I have a skill and knowledge you need” but as a guy who wants to help you get where you want, and need to be, where our personal affairs where concerned. Towards the end of the initial meeting there was no need to meet with another attorney, we were both at easy and decided that Justin would be the one to lead us through this odyssey. Make no mistake, there’s a lot of details, legalese, and decisions to make during this process. Justin takes the time to walk you through those details. He’s patient, that became quickly apparent has we would sometimes ask for something to be explained again, and again, as we tried to “wrap our head around” a term, concept, or very personal decision that needed to be made. I’m also very confident that he’ll take very good care of those who we’ve chosen as our successor trustees to walk them through those final decisions. Here’s the bottom line, we are very pleased with Justin, and we would, and have recommended him to others and will continue too.

Very helpful and budget minded when they prepared our family will/trust. I would recommend to my friends looking for any family legal services that have cost or "first time" concerns.

I went to Justin after my husband died without a will a couple of years ago. The difficulty I experienced as a result let me know that I didn't want to put my family through that process. After the birth of our first child we knew that we needed to have a will in place. However, the thought of writing a will was so overwhelming we put it off for years.When our second child was born this year and I knew we couldn’t put it off any longer. I wasn’t sure where to start so I searched Google for local estate lawyers and found Justin. His website was clear and didn’t bombard me with a bunch of “lawyer talk” that I didn’t understand, which gave me confidence that we could, in fact, get a will in place without too much hassle. Meeting Justin in person was just as much of a pleasant experience. His demeanor is much the same as his website - clear and straightforward. He provided us with worksheets before our initial meeting that prompted my husband and I discuss what we wanted for our children and our belongings should anything happen to us. During our meeting Justin reviewed the information we had written on the worksheets, provided some explanations and suggestions, all while explaining everything in simple terms that we could understand. After the meeting Justin drafted our documents and emailed them to me so I could review them as time permitted, which was a big plus considering my hectic schedule. When questions arose, Justin was just an email away. Once our documents were finalized and signed, Justin continued to provide valuable insight into estate planning by recommending several financial advisers and provided several documents including an inventory sheet for our belongings. I would recommend Justin to anyone who is hesitant to start the estate planning process. He made it quick and painless. Additionally, his new parent package made it affordable. Thanks for the help Justin! I feel much better knowing my children will be taken care of in the event we can’t be there for them.

Justin was very professional, took the time to answer our questions, and was knowledgeable about recent supreme court decisions that could impact our existing trust and helped us make the necessary changes. I cannot overstate how helpful Justin is. He is one of those rare attorneys that has a gift for translating legalese into English. Beyond that, he is willing to answer and re-answer questions; demonstrating remarkable patience, professionalism, and much needed humor - after all, few things are less enjoyable than planning for ones own demise. Before selecting Jeppesen Law to develop a fairly complicated will and trust, I researched a number of attorneys. I ultimately selected Jeppesen Law primarily because they assume all risk - I did not owe a penny until I was completely satisfied with my will and trust, and I had the option of walking away at any time, owing nothing. From my research, I would have expected to pay easily three times what Jeppesen Law charged to legalize my wishes. Lastly, after signing the papers and paying the bill, Jeppesen Law followed through a number of helpful documents - including a template for a letter to my heirs; something I would've otherwise never considered. Jeppesen Law has earned my respect and gratitude. I would recommend this firm to anyone contemplating end-of-life planning.
