There was a snafu with my account and payments, but Maria in Billing did a fantastic job explaining what happened and helped me get it resolved.

I want to thank Sonia and Nikki for all their hard work in my husbands immigration hold case they are amazing. Sonia is very helpful and very professional and amazing at what she does my family and I will forever be thankful for all her help thanks to her my children and I did not spend our Thanksgiving alone, she gave me hope through this dark situation and even though we are not out the woods yet we believe and trust and pray everything will be fine we know we are in great hands. The front desk lady’s are amazing as well they are very friendly and welcoming, they were absolutely right when they said Sonia is an angel and I was in great hands thank you all so much for your help I 100% recommend Ramirez Smith Law specially Sonia.

Kendra was very understanding of my situation. She promptly began working on my case with empathy and support. She was very knowledgeable with all applicable laws and strategies. We were fully prepared at court and won my case. I asked Kendra to keep my file so I could retain her in the future if needed. This is the only attorney I will use from now on for all my civil cases!

Ramirez and Smith were able to get my mother-in-law her resident card in less than 4 months. Not saying this is typical but the staff has a lot of experience and patience when dealing with their customers.
