This collection Company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with they have a “debt” that is not mine! I have fought with them for weeks, during this time I was trying to buy a house and this just randomly popped up, even though the debt is not mine. I offered to do a pay for delete just to get it gone they refused during that time one of their employees even used profanity with me. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful, set up an easy payment plan and soon Ill be debt free whoo!

Piss poor place if you have detit with them wait it off. Puth them out of business.

Worst collection company. They don’t even deserve one star makes me sick that I have to leave one. When covid 19 shut down the court houses I had no way to dispute my alleged debts. Emailed them and asked if we could postpone until the court house opened. Received no response and paper work from the sheriff saying garnishment was starting. This company bullies people. I should of had a fair chance to dispute those claims.

Listen folks; all's you gotta do when you receive a collections notice in the mail from this novice; return a personal letter that states that he must cease and desist or you will contact this states attorneys generals office!! Presto!! By law; he cannot bother you anymore or you can make him cry!!

I agree with everyone else. This company and the people associated with it make the world worse for existing.

Worst debt collection agency that I have dealt with. They try to collect for medical bills but can't even take payments from a health savings account. To include that they charge you in order to pay using a debit/credit card because they don't have proper bank accreditation to provide normal services for free. Recommend calling the originators of your debts and making payments through them. Seeing that I am unable to respond to their response let me clarify something. Most HSA accounts don't have a stipulation that they will only cover bills after the account is open as long as it goes to a medical bill, so sorry that is bull. I personally spoke to my HSA account holder and they said they are willing to pay many collection agencies, and by the way I have used it with PFC which is another collections agency, but CBI is not accredited. In addition, CBI was going to charge me 3%for using my HSA or any other form of card. Their other forms that they're taking about are check and cash where they can't charge their fee anyway! So even though the owner here thinks they're smart they are still thieves! Pay your original bill through the original carrier and than pay via cash or check, their outrageous interest rates!

They don't listen to you. They just wanted to over power the conversation. Tried to talk to me like I was stupid. Very insulting...
