You are only able to send proof of payment by mail. Somehow they are not able to receive it through fax or email. I know collection agencies tend to make life difficult on purpose, but that is ridiculous.

The representatives refuse to allow you to speak at all when they call you. They are rude and shout over you. I'm sick recovering from multiple surgeries and cannot deal with garbage people. As far as I'm concerned this will NEVER be paid, since this company hires worthless people who abuse the debtors.

I record my phone calls. Would love for management to contact me about the phone call I recieved.

CBI called me to collect on a traffic violation in Canyon County. I assumed they were some sort of scam because I have great credit and haven't had a ticket in Canyon County since the 90s. Well it turns out that is IS for the ticket I was thinking about in 1999...20 years ago. They have apparently decided to buy some F- rated debt and lie about their ability to collect. Filthy people. What sort of awful human would choose this as their profession? My brother in law has also been contacted recently by CBI for a debt he paid to the Canyon County court in 2004. If he or I had not paid these tickets we would have had warrants. This company needs to speak with the Idaho Attorney General and maybe find jobs that don't damn their souls straight to the fiery pits of hell.

This company will not settle the original amount owed was 2300 the debt after 1.5 years is 3600 and they will not settle at all. I want to pay the original amount owed but this company will not budge an inch. I’ve worked with other such agencies in the past and have been treated with respect this agency does none of that. The want to make 1300 dollars plus whatever they make from the creditor for doing nothing!

I received a statement in the mail from these lovely people claiming I owed them 104 for a medical bill from primary health. I immediately emailed them a screen shot of my bank statement and the receipt from primary health both stating I paid my bill. They are not collecting from me! I have amazing credit. We will see what they say!

Called to settle a debt, after I had a current Les Schwab account in good standing for 7 years. Have difficulty. I went through a divorce and unfortunately had to start over. This company refused to work with me. Also they stated that or implied they would send me a letter stating they settled the account. Then after payment said they do not do that and it would only be a receipt of payment. They where rude and un-professional. I do pay my bills and have good credit, despite this small hiccup. I will no longer do business with Les Schwab tires in the future do to this agency

No compassion or understanding came from this company... which I understand a debt is a debt but to be called and hounded and treated like less of a person over debt is not right.

Very hard to give them my money. Trying to get things paid off. Tried to give them 50 dollars over the phone and it wasn't good enough. Stopped in to give them a check and they wouldn't take it. Getting really tired of spending a fortune on health insurance and hospitals/doctor's send to collections because they aren't getting a big enough payment every month...then dealing with collections and trying to get them to accept a payment. It's a losing battle.

Trying to collect on a medical bill that was paid over two years ago during a loan transaction with my credit union. All the information was gathered on how and where to pay the loan and my credit union handled it from there. When I explained this their response was "I have a common name" I don't even know what that means.

These people are so rude and clueless, Amber is incompetent.
