William Nichols and his staff helped my elderly mother and I set up a Living Trust and then helped my husband and I do the same thing. Mr. Nichols treated us all with respect and took the time to get to know us. He was very helpful when my mother's dementia got worse and when she passed away. My wife and I had a great experience at White Peterson getting a long overdue family trust set up. We worked with attorney Bill Punkoney and his associate Tia on the details of our trust. He explained in easy terms and page by page what the trust would and would not do for us. There are numerous items within the trust that will safeguard our properties and investments that we had not thought of.
