I would highly recommend Snake River Law for any of your legal needs. Mark was absolutely phenomenal through the whole process and so was the rest of the staff. They kept us update on everything and answered any questions we had, and helped put our minds at ease. If we ever have legal needs in the future we will for sure use them again!

My interaction with Mark Petersen at Snake River Law was very informative He does not try to push upgrades on people and, for me, worked out an estate plan that will be easily handled by my personal rep and easy on the expenses of probate. These folks are not litigators who spend days in court; so they are very available. I chose the economy of one of the flat rate plans, which provided all the docs required. Not sure if it includes any small adjustments, but that's ok, they were pretty thorough.

Best, honest and most professional Attorney I have ever met. Mark Peterson is very detail oriented and an expert in his field. Our case was simple just an adult adoption. The process was extremely simple, we met once and he explained what to expect. After that we left, he took care of everything we needed all we did was wait for a court date.
