I want to say that Mark is fantastic! He did a few things for my now husband and I with our prenuptial agreement along with my grandparents estate planning. Even if he doesn’t know about the subject, he will do research and find out how or what needs to be done. He doesn’t only look out for one party, he keeps in mind what’s best for both parties. I absolutely enjoyed being greeted by either Leslie or Felicia. They are great also! I definitely like that there is a flat rate fee. I would highly recommend Mark for a lawyer.

Mark helped with the adoption of my daughter. It was a one time set fee (per my circumstances of course). He was very up front and explained the process so I understood and I was quick. He took care of everything until it was time for court and was right there. Also this was in 2016 and I still can call for a certified copy if needed. Very very trustworthy and hard working!!

I met with Mark initially to go over my case and to see what my options were. Mark was straight forward, honest, and gave me a very good idea of what to expect. He gave quotes for legal costs I would be facing and months later when I pursued my case, he was right in line with what he had previously quoted me. While Mark obviously needs to make a living, he will not take a case for the sole purpose of charging fees. Mark will give you an idea of how strong your case is and whether or not he recommends it be pursued. That's very hard to find in a good attorney. I would strongly recommend Mark Peterson and Snake River Law.

They made an out of state will very easy, simple and fast. They were super responsive, and really kept on the courts to move swiftly during a typically slow time with COVID. They don't price gouge, and answered all of my questions quickly and courteously.
