Mark and staff have been excellent at helping me settle an estate as well as prepare my own plan. I never felt rushed during our meetings and appreciated Mark's care in answering all my questions. I also felt the pricing was very reasonable.

We were blessed with a birth mom who chose us to be the parents of her baby. We did not use an adoption agency so we kind of felt like we were on our own to figure things out. To further complicate the matter we live in Utah but the adoption would all take place in Idaho. The Team at Snake River was exceptional at walking us through the process. Their rates were very reasonable and we were able to take care of all the paperwork remotely. We finally met the team the day our son was born.
We would highly recommend Snake River Law to anyone needing a lawyer for an adoption.

I had an incredible experience with Snake River Law. Adoption is a very expensive process, and they helped us to accomplish it for a fraction of what we had expected to pay. They were always quick to respond and helped make sure we were on track. We wouldn't have our Son with us now if it wasn't for their help! Incredible people and treated us like family.

Mark Petersen is an honest and upfront lawyer. I appreciated his focus and his calm demeanor when working through my divorce legal case. Mark helped us with business compliance for our HOA. He helped us in three ways: 1) He reviewed our founding documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, etc.) for compliance; 2) When he discovered areas that required modification for compliance he guided us to make the proper changes; and 3) he helped us to communicate these required changes to our membership. In addition to all the help that Mark provided, his fee structures are very reasonable and affordable.

What an absolute joke. He dragged it out so far. Over. Year into the divorce he ups and quit because he doesn't want to go oit of town. Doesn't say anything and quit a week before a trial he knew about and didn't want to deal with. He didn't even notify us of the trial. He doesn't return and money or an explanation. After spending 3000 so he can just waste everybody's time. Just a joke and lazy don't waste your money.
