Had to explain things like 6 times not fun

Someone to turn to in crucial time of despair, frustration, confusion, and feeling hopeless. Even if they can't help, they are willing to point you towards a direction with intentions of being the correct resource. Much better than turning circles, and guessing wrong. Gave informative information that left me feeling confident and optimistic.

I HAVE ONLY HAD CONTACT WITH THIS BUSINESS BY PHONE, HOWEVER THEY DID GREAT. MY FIRST CALL IN WAS ANSWERED BY A RECEPTIONIST WHO PATIENTLY LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY THEN TOOK DOWN MY NAME AND NUMBER IN ADDITION SENDING ME TO THE APPROPRIATE ATTORNEYS VOICE MAIL. I WAS CALLED BACK PROMPTLY BY THE ATTORNEY WHO AGAIN LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY AND THEN GAVE ME HELPFUL INFORMATION AND A PLACE TO START WITH THE ISSUE I NEEDED HELP WITH. I IMAGINE THEY WOULD BE JUST AS GREAT IN PERSON
