Muriel was absolutely exceptional. She stuck with me through the whole process of getting custody of my daughter as well as protection orders to keep us safe. She was always available to talk or go over my case and seemed to actually care about what was happening in my life. She gave great encouragement and advice yet brought me back to reality when I was being unrealistic about the situation not being as bad as it was. Holly was also amazing. She was so friendly and I felt liked she actually cared about me as a person.
