The free consultation was extremely informative for what we needed. Kurt and Field were clear, very blunt and no beating around the bush. I highly recommend if you need a lawyer, come to them and check them out for yourself.

Honest, informative, efficient- great eperience

Came here for a consultation with a complicated parenting plan between ID and WA. The consultation went splendid and I had all of my questions answers. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and made me feel welcome throughout the entire visit. I would definitely recommend Post Falls Law!

I came to Post Falls Law to inquire about a divorce, as I had not idea how to go about getting one. First off, the retainer fee, wowza! I knew it was going to be a lot but not that much. I signed on with them anyway. I was told that my husband would be served paperwork the very next day. I didnt hear anythingfor 2 weeks! So, I called them inquiring as to whether he got served or not. I was told they attempted 3 times and could not make contact. YET THEY DID NOT CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW!!! So, I told them of a known location where he was to be at, the next day. I didnt hear anything from them for 3 weeks, so again I contacted them inquiring. I was told he had been served and that he sent something back to me... how did they not think to tell me this important information is beyond me. I mean it is only MY divorce. (That was the fault of the paralegal, who is a lot cheaper so we were just going to use her but no, he had to take over) Then I feel like we wasted time sending stuff back and forth between his lawyer and mine, which u THOUGHT was the paperwork saying we were divorcing and then starting our 21-day waiting period, but nope that was just other things. Then his lawyer was the one who ultimately sent me the actual paperwork saying that we are getting divorced and this is the stuff he gets and this is what I get and have to wait our 21-days. Then there was a court date, which I didnt attend but my lawyer did, was this necessary, I have no idea, did it cost me a lot of money, probably... oh thats another thing. I was told I would get statements each month, I got nothing. I didnt get any of my documents printed out either, just emailed. I sent an email requesting these documents but I never got a reply saying I could come pick them up, NOTHING! I am very unhappy with my experience with lawyers, I got the divorce like I wanted but I feel like it was due to my ex-husbands lawyer not mine...
