Mandy Davis of this law firm handled the sale of my property in salmon, idaho, for alliance title. Her failures to inform us of essential information resulted in weeks of delays and a sale price reduction of thousands of dollars to keep the buyer. It took dozens of emails & phone calls asking her what forms she needed with her replying with only the generic title, which we ultimately had to determine on our own. She lacked common knowledge about probate laws and refused to do anything to help us or figure it out herself. I don’t know if she is a lawyer but i will pass this on as a complaint to the state bar association about this law firm.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I have to say Sean Bartholick will give you the best representation you can get. His Integrity far exceeds your anticipation of what an attorney should be. He answered all my questions and gave me possible outcomes. He kept me up to date of what the next steps would be. Put your trust into Yessica and Sean, they have your back. In a court of law nothing is certain, but you can bet Sean will go to bat for you again and again. He doesn't settle until the best possible outcome can be reached for you.
