Scott Bauer was our Civil Attorney while I served 4 years on the Bonner County Board of County Commissioners. Scott consistently provided sound legal advice to me and the Board on every issue coming before the Board. The most significant case I recall was the Silver Wing litigation which threatened to bankrupt Bonner County. Scott and I traveled and interviewed many witnesses together on the Silver Wings civil lawsuit.
