I can't speak to the law skills of this firm, but the woman who answers the phones should take a sabbatical. I called about a situation involving my father's death and property he owned (trying to transfer ownership) and she wouldn't even let me speak before interrupting and telling me what I had to do. While she might have been right with her advice for one situation, she literally wouldn't let me speak about other things I wanted to ask about and she continually interrupted me (even after I said "hey, you keep interrupting me and I'd really like to explain a few other things" and then she interrupted again and would not let me speak!) Pretty horrible and rude experience on the phone to the point that I simply hung up because she would not let me speak. Super unprofessional experience and not someone you want answering your phones for first time clients. I had multiple things I wanted to ask about and would have brought business to this firm, instead I hung up feeling like the world is a crazy place and the woman here is obviously in great need of a long vacation and some meditation. To the woman on the phone: I truly wish you peace in your life. You are not well. Seek help.

Rude and unhelpful, wouldn’t call them back if they were the last place in town. I called to see if they could help and before I’m even done asking my question she interrupted me to tell me to “go with another lawyer (that I’m working with on an unrelated issue) because that’s who I need to work with and why am I not contacting them” I didn’t contact them for a reason but apparently you aren’t interested in my business.

Easy to talk to about our LLC's. Prices are manageable. Good Man

In looking for a real estate attorney to assist with the sale of our property, we found that many firms were more interested in large deals and not our single transaction. Not so, with this firm! We contacted Snedden Law and was reassured that they could handle our transaction and the process was started. Mr. Snedden made the whole process easy from start to finish. He answered all our questions and provided excellent guidance and expertise. He made what we thought would be difficult, easy and stress-free! I definitely recommend this firm!

Snedden Law did my Estate Trust and I was very happy with what he did. I have a lot of investment properties and so it was a bit complicated. The price was very reasonable. Stephen was prompt and he was very professional. After working with a number of Trust Attorneys in my life I would rate him at the top.

I would like to thank Lisa and Steve for helping out at the proverbial 11th hour to get an issue with my LLC fixed. However, I am disappointed that although I did my due diligence to respond ASAP to Steve Before start of business agreeing both to him saying he could get the rush done in 24 hours for the price he quoted - but end up being charged an additional 43% of the filing cost to the bill - to expedite the rush- through no fault of my own.  That caught me off guard since I specifically asked Steve how much it would cost and I agreed with what he offered and quoted me....which Included a rush fee. Under the circumstances it doesn't seem right that I was charged almost 50% More than the agreed to price when the confusion was a result of the oversight and delay of his office...especially when Steve's email clearly stated the quoted price included the rush fee. But at the end of the day, I was informed that because it was so late in the day that it now required "an additional fee" to expedite the rush. I'm still not sure why the office did not know the state of my LLC filing 8 hours AFTER I sent all the paperwork and agreed to the pricing. My concern in no way reflects negatively on the quality work of both Lisa and Steve.  They were both pleasant and easy to work with which I greatly appreciate.  That is why I gave them a rating of 2 instead of 0. My issue is with the extra cost that was not quoted to me and for effort that had already processed the paperwork for the LLC. So I was charged erroneously- a second expedite fee- for work that had already been completed....Which is why I did not give them a rating of 5. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue directly with Steve, I was met with excuses. $60 on a $740 bill seems not worth sacrificing a Client's satisfaction and goodwill- especially when there is a paper trail showing the client did nothing wrong. Even though this was a "rush", I had to keep calling in order to check on the status of the LLC (despite repeated assurances they would call me as soon as they knew). I was not informed until a day after the LLC was filed just before their office closed....and only because I called. I've worked with many attorneys over the years in Florida that I chose through personal recommendations and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars for all kinds of legal services. This is my first attorney in Idaho. I wish our experience could have been resolved in a more equitable way.
