I was unsure of what to expect when I was looking to retain an attorney from out of state. I reached out to Mr. Nicholson’s office based on the reviews I saw when researching and was not disappointed. His office was very responsive, as was Jon himself. He is knowledgeable with family law (I used him for a custody case) and will keep it straight with you. He is swift, diligent, and honest. He doesn’t con clients on fees and gives a detailed invoice. I recommend Jon Nicholson and had a great experience with great results.

Jon was amazing to work with. He let me know exactly where we were every step of the way. He was more than happy to be the middle man between myself and my son's biological father. Due to some special situations, Jon had to do a little extra research into another state's law practices. He did an amazing job and presented information clearly to the judge. I highly recommend Jon for any of your family law needs!

I am 23 and wanted to get an adult adoption for me to be adopted by my step father. John was very efficient and pleasant to work with. He knew what I needed and it was a very quick process. He made sure to keep me updated in all aspect of the case and if things weren’t getting done in a timely manner he checked in on them for us. He worked around what I could do being semi out of town. 10/10 would recommend him for any adoption needs!!

Jon came reccomended by a friend. We had a stress-free and extremely fast process when adopting our child. He started working the very first time I called him and kept us in the loop throughout the entire case. He provided phone calls and even step-by-step instructions for me to follow after the adoption to make sure everything went well.

As we start our new year off in 2022 we are happy to announce our special addition. JON made the process of adoption not so overwhelming and was very informative about everything that needed to happen. Any questions that I needed answered he was always there.
