I had a very specific divorce question and got an equally specific response and citation of the law that applied. Wish I had Paula for the divorce itself.

Miss Sinclair made a suggestion and I diligently tried to find someone to take the case where to find the right avenue where to file and forms to file her secretary became very hostile when I called and asked if they would consider taking the case even though they were out of the area I knew it wouldcost extra for that but was very rudely told go away Miss Sinclair text herself saying I was abusing a bow and attorneys that were volunteering their time needless to say I have not been able to remedy my problem yet... I don't recommend her office or her ... I don't know how to answer this next question because it says consultation or hired attorney I didn't get either but I have to pick one to submit this so consultation I guess a week one at that they took no responsibility...

Firstly she very abruptly answered another attorney on my timeline vs just answering the question which came across a bit rash. Non the less I asked specifically what papers to bring to modify, to self help but was not answered after I commented back to her. Thanks anyway Avvo.

I was considered that I was being scammed so I ask Paula and she set me at ease. She was completely right it was a scam.

Paula Brown-Sinclair is bright, has solid wisdom and judgment with legal advice you can trust. She had my back as my attorney and advocated for me beautifully. I was going through enough stress without wondering if my attorney was going to do a good job for me. She helped me every step of the way and thinks quick on her feet in making wise decisions. I felt like she worked for me as my attorney like she would for someone she was personally vested in. I recommend Paula to anyone that is serious about their case and is ready to be taken seriously. If you are a jerk don't bother. Paula didn't seem like the kind of attorney that wastes time and money on people who aren't willing to get their act together. If you are willing to follow her advice and care enough about yourself to get serious, Paula is the attorney for you. An attorney is often no better than their client. So if you want an attorney that is going to produce the results you want, be prepared to be the type of client that an excellent attorney wants to represent. Too many people want their attorney to wave a magic wand to cover up the screw ups they make as the client. Paula has a the skills and know how, but she can't turn a jerk into a model citizen.

Great information, and it also proved true when we went to the Pocatello court-house. She also was very prompt, especially on a Sunday evening. My boyfriend was also very stressed, and her being so prompt, as well as very positive and polite, as well as what proved to be a positive answer in hissituation also helped us both to sleep well that night for the first time in a long, long time! It was interesting as well, I am originally from Twin-Falls and it felt good to have someone helping from my home-town- Great matching as well on AVVO's part!

Paula was very helpful and professional. She was my attorney and helped me claim my social security disability, because of her knowledge and service I was able to receive my SSDI benefits without having to go to a hearing. I greatly benefitted from all of her knowledge and avoided a stressful hearing. I would definitely recommend Paula.

Paula was a pleasure to work with, she is knowledgeable and explained every step we made in my bankruptcy. She was aggressive with my creditors and meticulous in preparing my case. If you want a lawyer that will go the extra mile for you then she should definitely be considered.
