Unprofessional and incompetent staff
“BEWARE!!!!! Unprofessional, Incompetent, will NOT fight for you! They keep telling you lies, but will ultimately fail you in every aspect of representing you. These people are greedy, unreliable and will NOT fight for you when you need it the most.”

Failure to honor contractual obligations
“Do NOT use this law firm. I have/had a signed contract with them that spelled out what I was able and not able to do when my settlement was reached. Without a care they went and settled it against the direction of the contract and basically said 'it is what it is'”

“After 8 months of "reviewing" my case they decided to send me a letter stating they declined to represent my case. No reason was given other then I failed to meet their criteria. They didn't even have enough decency to contact me via phone.”
