Cons
1
Unprofessional and incompetent handling of cases
“BEWARE!!!!! Unprofessional, Incompetent, will NOT fight for you! They keep telling you lies, but will ultimately fail you in every aspect of representing you.”
2
Failure to honor contractual obligations and settle cases against client's wishes
“Do NOT use this law firm. I have/had a signed contract with them that spelled out what I was able and not able to do when my settlement was reached. Without a care they went and settled it against the direction of the contract and basically said "it is what it is"”
3
Unresponsive and unhelpful phone staff
“These people are grossly incompetent. Especially their phone staff. Find another law firm they aren't even qualified to handle basic paperwork let alone legal cases.”
4
Lack of clear communication and transparency about case progress
“I'd like to have had someone explain a little better, what to expect.”
5
Failure to provide adequate representation or follow through on cases
“After 8 months of "reviewing" my case they decided to send me a letter stating they declined to represent my case. No reason was given other then I failed to meet their criteria.”
