After 8 months of “reviewing” my case they decided to send me a letter stating they declined to represent my case. No reason was given other then I failed to meet their criteria. They didn’t even have enough decency to contact me via phone. I was hospitalized for weeks on account of someone elses error yet I fail to meet their criteria? I’m confused. I could have moved on and hired another attorney sooner it’s almost been a year! How unprofessional! Save your time and find you a firm that actually cares!
