His discussion was clear and detailed and he easily answered all our questions. When my mother and I were trying to help my grandmother get her estate in order, we realized we needed an attorney to walk us through. I called several, but Mr. Ozark was one of only two that called back. His secretary is very kind and helpful, and he was very responsive during the process. We met on Wednesday, discussed my grandmother's needs, and he had all the paperwork drawn up and ready for us by Friday. He knows the estate planning business, explains it well to educate those who don't, put his focus on my grandmother (the client), and is extremely prompt. He even came out to hold the door open for us when we arrived at his office. That's exactly what we needed.
