Unprofessional handling of cases and lack of communication
“After 8 months of "reviewing" my case they decided to send me a letter stating they declined to represent my case. No reason was given other then I failed to meet their criteria. They didn't even have enough decency to contact me via phone.”

Incompetent staff and inability to handle basic paperwork
“These people are grossly incompetent. Especially their phone staff. Find another law firm they aren't even qualified to handle basic paperwork let alone legal cases.”

Failure to honor contractual obligations
“Do NOT use this law firm. I have/had a signed contract with them that spelled out what I was able and not able to do when my settlement was reached. Without a care they went and settled it against the direction of the contract and basically said 'it is what it is'.”
