Hats off to Tom O'Brien. Tom has and continues to handle our family matters for us. His stick to it and get it resolved manner has been outstanding. We highly recommend Tom for all family legal matters.

Tom has been working for my family for well over 10 years. Whenever we need good solid legal advice or action, we just call Tom. He's always listens, then he explains the law, and how it applies to our particular situation(s). Good people.

Mr O'Brien came into my case to assist my other lawyer. He is a problem solving master. He was able to get the foreclosure case thrown out of court, and I was able to keep my home. Mr O'brien's legal knowlege and his empathy toward others are a great combination to have in a lawyer.

I had owned a yacht that got repossessed after my business fell on hard times. The bank sued me for a lot of money and was going to take me down. Tom was able to arrange a settlement with them for pennies on the dollar avoiding what looked like a certain bankruptcy. I have my life back thanks to him.

He will take your money,but he wont fight for you..He was late to our first court date,didnt say 20 words..he didnt present ANY of my evidence which would have contradicted the opposing parties lies,he didnt do any preparation for trial or closing arguments,he let the opposing attorney/party walk all over me even though I presented him with all the proof I needed to win my case.Dont waste your money!!!

Tom is a great lawyer! He helped us though a very challenging bankruptcy case. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and easy to work with. At our initial consultation visit, Mr. O'Brien spent time with me, asked a lot of questions and took notes. After hiring Mr. O’Brien, I met with him on a couple of occasions. He gathered information, contacted the people he said he would and followed through with what he said he would do. Thanks to him, I was able to get the divorce within 6 weeks from the time I was able to retain him. (I had already invested 4 unsuccessful months with another attorney).
