Disappointing. I really had high hopes based on the online search, but I now know firsthand that the posted reviews are not reliable. When I met with the lawyer, I was told my case should take no longer than six weeks to finalize. Well, that was a joke. It took nearly an entire year! In the beginning, for the entire first month, I didn't hear a word from anyone at the office. I wouldn't be surprised if they hadn't even looked at my case during that time. As time went on, there were numerous weeks that passed where I wondered if they were even working on my case or if they had tossed it to the side. I felt like I was always the one contacting them to receive updates. They are terrible at communicating and I was always left wondering what was going on with my case. When I ask for any new information, sometimes I never even received a response. Other times, the responses made me feel like it was just a line they gave to keep me at bay for another week or two. Overall, I'm just extremely disappointed with the service I received and the way the lawyers at this office dragged out my case.
