Not many people realize that the process of getting fair compensation in personal injury cases is quite cumbersome. I call it dry, ‘mysterious’ and daunting! And it is for that reason, that I consider myself very blessed, indeed, for being introduced, by a well meaning and knowledgeable source, to attorney Ronald Wittmeyer. I had been injured in an auto accident…the first of three such accidents! Upon meeting Ron, the very first time, I sensed relief. Here was a person who was 110% of the resume I had checked out; very confident, very personable and mature. As the case progressed, and after Ron promptly filed the initial papers, I realized the value of his clear, unambiguous opinion and assessment, his deep knowledge of the subject, and his skill at handling this matter. Ron is a very honest lawyer, from the first day he was up front with me about my accident. He was so honest about the money and the best ways to handle the situation. With all the hold ups in regards to the other insurance company and the idiocy of my own manager losing papers that I needed for my case he just always put my mind at ease and kept me calm. He is clear about anything that may happen or problems that may arise and he talks to you in terms that you will always understand. He gives you options that may would work best for you and his opinion on all but still leaves that decision making up to you. He staff was always on hand and on top of every situation.
