I was told that during the demand my insurance would be charged, then after finalizing it, the insurance would be reinbursed for medical charges for an accident I was in. Instead, much later after the demand closed I was sent a bill from one of the places that provided medical services stating the insurance was not charged because of the attorney but since the case was closed with the attorney already they could not be billed either. Therefore, I had to pay the balance of the bill. Luckily part of the money I received from the demand covered it, but I don't think I should've been billed after everything, and the bills should've been covered while the demand was going on. The bill was nearly sent to collections.

They took case after I was rear ended a couple years back. I tried advocating for myself and the insurance company of the person who hit me barely wanted to pay my medical bills. After hiring on the firm I have some money in my pocket and all medical bills paid. They took care of it all with little to no stress from me. Life gets super tiring sometimes and it’s nice to have someone fighting for you when it matters.
