Zach is the best lawyer I know. I will continue sending clients to him because he is extremely ethical, knowledgeable & an outstanding lawyer. Zach created my trust & put together an organized binder for me. He explained everything very well in our appointment. You can tell how much he cares for his clients. He is a hard worker & is dedicated to his clients. His staff is organized & are so polite. I love that I found this law firm.

My wife and I had our first child three years ago. That's when we decided to set up a trust, should anything happen to either of us. We reached out to Zach Hesselbaum to help us out. He was very thorough and professional throughout the whole process. Zach went above and beyond to make sure that we understood every detail of setting it up and he did an excellent job. My husband and I worked with Zach to put together our family trust. We really enjoyed working with him. He answered all of our questions (my husband had a lot of questions) and never rushed us through any of the process. He explained everything very thoroughly and not in "legalese." His personality was friendly and approachable and he also was definitely very knowledgeable about building trust funds. When we had our first child, it was time to start thinking about planning for how he would be taken care of, God forbid something happened to my wife & I. Zach and the Law Elder Law team went above and beyond in helping my family during a very difficult time. Our Mother became very ill in a short time. Zach helped get all of her legal and financial affairs in order. Because our Mother was bedridden on a ventilator, Zach traveled to the nursing home in Barrington from Aurora to meet with Mom to explain and reassure her that all of her elder needs will be taken care of. Zach worked with us for 2 1/2 years, during that time I became very dependent on his advice. Zach never hesitated to return my calls or e-mails no matter how many questions I had for him and his staff. I never got the feeling that I was a bother to them. Sadly our Mom passed in August of 2012 which has ended our relationship for now.
