Slow to respond in some cases
“After they agreed to take the case, they took 10 months to write us they "had a chance to review". They dropped our case leaving us with numerous unpaid bills.”

“They said they wouldn't be able to "secure a significant settlement" and "will be taking no further action". We were told by them when they took the case it wouldn't be much of a settlement and yet they took the case anyway.”
