While waiting on a approval for surgery I contacted several personal injury firms. All were either none responsive or hard to connect with over the phone. I had to keep leaving messages and hope for a return call. Finally I contacted McCready Law. I made one phone call spoke to a pleasant receptionist and left a voicemail. The next day I received a call from Tito and a text message from Joan. Through a texting system and a personal call form Joan I was able to send all the information pertaining to my injury. The next day I was notified they were interested in moving forward with the case. Moments later documents were texted to be reviewed and electronically signed. An email also came notifying me of the documents and an email came notifying me when docs had been received. An hour later Joan called to let me know next steps and see if I had questions. All in all a very professional, high tech yet personal experience. That's why McCready is now in my contacts for referrals. Legendary
