Dragged my case and nothing was resolved with the children and 401K money was spent by my ex. There were no charges against my ex for spending the money. Not only that - the case got dragged for 3 years and the children's situation got worst and nothing was done about it until my ex called the hotline and gave up on the children. Too much money was taken and no positive results.
