Omar was recommended by 2 different lawyers that I knew from college. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining our options. After following his recommendations, I was able to get my permanent resident card in less than a year from the time we started working with him. The approval actually took less than 2 months from the time it was sent to USCIS. I have no doubt that he was the right man for the job and I highly recommend him to my friends and family. Ofrece los consejos y soluciones sin maquillar la verdad y de una manera clara y precisa para que se entienda siempre siendo muy profesional, amable y respetuoso en su trato con los clientes. Durante mis procesos (tanto el de residencia como el de la ciudadanía) si yo tenía una duda o preguntas enviaba un correo electrónico o una llamada y en cuestión de menos de 24 horas siempre tuve una respuesta satisfactoria para mis inquietudes. I regret having requested the services of omar salguero since on March 11, 2020 I requested and paid for a FOIA report that should have taken a year to arrive according to them and 2 years have passed and I did not obtain said report in 2022, call to find out why so much Delay and the lawyer was left to call me and let me know and nothing, another year 2023 passed and I contacted him in February because he had not received anything in 3 years and now it appears that they already sent me the report a month ago that they requested it in 2022 two years After having applied for it and it no longer works for me because thanks to another lawyer I obtained my residence and it is incredible that Omar takes 3 years to resolve a simple report. For my part, I hope they don't continue to deceive people like me.

Attempted to call these attorneys for a civil case after reviewing their awesome website. We could not get past the secretary Heidi to even attempt to talk to an attorney. She said they're in the process of revamping and rethinking their strategy. But yet Heidi is not an attorney at all nor would she allow us to speak to one. Therefore we are giving this lawyer a 1 would give it a 0 if I could.
