Excellent advice and prompt responses. I trust Ken Piercey and his team to be honest and trustworthy. They understand estate planning, probate, asset protection, and also have attorneys focusing in real estate law.
They also have some weekend and evening appointments available for those who work full time.

The process of estate planning and asset protection can be daunting. We were able to establish a trust to protect our adult child with special needs and are grateful for the guidance and counsel from Ken Piercey! Every step of the process, Ken was throrough and took time to explain the complex legal terms and clauses, as well as, the complicated tax laws. Emma was a great help too!
