If I could give this firm 10 stars I would! The entire staff is fantastic, helpful, caring. I can't say enough good things about them. Rodney took care of us with regard to estate planning. Presented all the options with pro's and cons and then sent us home to think about it all before contacting them with how we wanted to proceed. No pressure. Would highly recommend.

The entire team at Piercey & Associates were absolutely wonderful to work with! They made the process of selling our dad’s condo seamless, efficient, and speedy. We've worked with Michael Murphy for over 20 years and recently closed on the sale of our home in Arlington Heights. We worked hand-in-hand with Stacy through the entire process. She was fantastic, taking care of all the details so that the closing was smooth. We sold your home by-owner, so her work was probably more intense that if we had used a realtor, and she did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Michael and Stacy.

Unseen issues always occur, my mortgage was sold to a different bank right before closing. With Stacy's efforts, the payoff statement from the new bank was finally issued just one day before closing. Thanks Stacy McCormick, and my lawyer Micheal Murphy, the closing went smoothly at the end.
