Ken Piercey competently prepared my mother's will and trust. After my mother passed away, I asked him to represent me as the successor trustee for her trust. He did an outstanding job; multiple complex issues arose, but he always gave me thoughtful, sound advice. In addition, Bradley Comer very ably assisted me with some of the administrative tasks that needed to be completed. Piercey & Associates, Ltd. took a lot of the stress out of my job as the successor trustee. I strongly recommend this excellent law firm to anyone who might need their services.

I just closed on the sale of my home today and Jolyn, the paralegal I worked with, was amazing. She made everything so easy for me and would email or text/call when something important and time sensitive came up. Her attention to detail and deadlines is great and she explains things well when you have questions. I liked working with her so much that I hired the firm to handle the purchase of my new home as well. We'll be closing on that one soon and the other side has been a little difficult but Jolyn has been great helping me get through it all. Would definitely recommend this firm and Jolyn!

I worked with Stacy when buying a condo and had a great experience. She has great response time, and will really “fight” for you if there’s something you are trying to negotiate. At the closing, Stacys associate Steve was there. He was excellent! He explained everything detailed but also in layman’s terms so that I actually understood everything I was signing and paying for in closing costs. Great great experience. Would definitely use them again in the future and recommend to anyone and everyone.
