Stacy McCormick was amazing throughout the entire process of selling my father's house. Stacy has a great attention to detail, works fast and leaves nothing to chance! She made a very difficult time for us a little easier by doing all the hard things. When the day came to sign the final papers everything went smoothly and no issues came up. Ken and his team are a cut above the rest. Laser sharp and very professional, all while being very friendly and down to earth. We came to Piercey with a near impossible situation and they we're very honest and open about our legal options, without being pushy or blowing smoke. What I appreciated most of all was their integrity. Having worked with attorneys in the past, I am well aware that integrity is a rare trait in this business. From the very start, it was obvious that Ken was different. He clearly takes pride in his work and values integrity. Knowing we could trust the team at Piercey, made the whole process so much less stressful. Our case was one that could have easily been strung along, incurring a lot of legal fees, but Ken was great about laying out the potential gain/loss of each scenario, so that we could make informed choices ourselves. I would absolutely recommend Piercey & Associates to anyone needing legal assistance, or representation. Respectfully, I hope to never need representation again, but if I do, Ken will be the first person I call.
