Paul Augustyn literally gave me a second chance at life. With the amount of cases that I had against me all at once I am still amazed to this day how he was able to get me out of trouble with ALL of them. Multiple DUIs, criminal cases and one felony and I walked away with nothing but a slap on the wrist. Paul actually cared for me and my well-being. Extremely professional as well and personable. I was terrified to attend court being the stalker was present. I was in and out of court quickly with the order my children and I need to be safe. He knows his profession and he does it extremely well!!!! Pricing was fair and was not even worth comparing to other offices. In which I had one previous consult before Paul's and I saved thousands!!!!

I was recommended to Paul Augustyn by a friend's friend of mine, turns out it was the worst mistake I ever made. He represented me in a case in Chicago that could have easily been settled out of court or even dismissed; this by three other law firms that I consulted with afterwards to get my record expunged. Due to Paul's negligence I am out the money he charged, plus many other fees that again could have been avoided not to mention the loss of my job because he failed to tell me of impact it would have on my record. This was my first offense, to summarize it was me being at the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong person.

When in need of legal assistance, those of us in my inner circle have turned to Paul for assistance and have never been dissatisfied. We have had successful cases in terms of divorce, DUI defense, driving tickets, and child support/custody issues. In my case, the divorce was completed promptly without presence of the other party; they had filed an appearance in lieu of presence in court, and due to there being no joint assets and a pre-arranged custody/child support agreement, the experience took about a month at most from start to finish. I ALWAYS refer everyone to Paul.
