Used this firm to do my closing in 2015. Turns out they messed up our names on the title which is now interfering in my ability to sell. They didn’t note my husband and I were Tenants by the Entirety. So we were listed as nothing and now we’re considered “Tenants in Common”. My husband died and now my 9 year old apparently owns 1/4 of my house. It will cost me quite a bit to fix this.
