Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“I call for updates/to speak with my lawyer. And he is always either out of town or busy and will call back. But yet nothing ever comes out of it except for empty promises of phone calls back which NEVER HAPPENS!!!”

Failure to deliver on promised services
“Took nearly 6000.00 from me and never did any of the things they were asked to do. They asked me several times if I wanted items sent over to the executors attorney. I told them yes with several witnesses in the room in November 2023 and ended up having to go to their office today February 15, 2024 and retrieved all the items that were supposed to be sent to the other attorney and hand delivered them myself.”
