Does not care about her clients, their situation, nor the case. Most important item to her is money. Be prepared to pay about 2000 a month for her services. We hired her to help with our family case and it was a struggle to get communication from her and then when the case got more complicated she demanded an additional retainer for the same thing we hired for in the first place. When we told her that we were impacted by this COVID situation she didnt care and demanded copious amounts of money from us. We offered a payment plan which she refused asking for the full amount in full. Whem we had to retain other council to represent us because of her refusal to perform any actions until she was paid in full we told her that we still intended to pay her whatever amount we could afford a month. Rather than understanding or agreeing to a payment plan she immediately asked for a judgement against us for the full amount. That filing and the email responses about her money was the only things she did fast throughout the hold time we had her. It would take days to get an email response but when it was about her money she responded in seconds. Took her a week to file a motion for us in the case but her judgement request motion she filed minutes after we emailed about a payment plan. Save yourself some trouble and find yourself a lawyer that cares about the clietnt, the case and not how much money you represent to them.

If I could give a lower score I would I hired this law firm over a year ago. And absolutely nothing has been done with the case to my knowledge. I call for updates/to speak with my lawyer. And he is always either out of town or busy and will call back. But yet nothing ever comes out of it except for empty promises of phone calls back which NEVER HAPPENS!!! So maybe they will see this and finally get back to me. Cathie (Seider) Patterson

I've worked with Mr. Blake for several years through my business. He's clearly he an expert at his craft. Plus, his expertise, integrity and trustworthiness, is above reproach. Any type of a legal issue is never a fun thing to deal with. However, Mr. Blake and his office made the process much easier. I'll continue to do business with this law firm. Highly recommend!

As a result, we were able to provide Mr. Blake’s client with a fantastic appraisal. After that, there was an online auction and the bidding that took place resulted in a unbelievable benefit to Mr. Blake’s client, as a result of the coordination of Mr. Blake with my office as an appraiser, and the auctioneer, and the client. I believe Mr. Blake provides excellent representation for his clients. I would highly recommend him and his law firm.
