They confirm everything in writing, respond to all phone calls, are more than eager to please, listen to what their clients have to say and if any issues arise in the course of representation they are the first ones to identify problematic areas and confer with their clients to make sure the clients understand everything that is occurring and follow the instructions of the clients. This the worst service I've ever received from an attorney. They do NOT email or call you back until 2 weeks later. They charged me $1.2k to write 2 letters. They were supposed to help me get my name of a loan I co-signed. They did nothing but write two letters and kept charging me for doing nothing. Now I'm worse off then when I started. I question these reviews. Seems odd. I selected them based on their high reviews. Look at the other one star reviews. Also, check out their Yelp reviews.
