Mr. Reed Nelson was extremely helpful in advising and directing me to the correct course of action regarding the negligent and dangerous medical treatment I received in the Emergency Department at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Our conversation was very informative and educational. Mr. Nelson communicates in a humble and clear manner that a lay-person can understand. I was in a pretty serious semi-truck accident that resulted in a significant surgery with long term implications. Since my incident involved workers compensation with a company outside my state of residence I was forced to rely on phone interviews to determine my situation and decide who I wanted to handle my case.
