I have nothing but good to say about this firm! Reed is always an email or call away. He responds very quickly. He always explain things very clearly. His assistants Danielle and Vanessa are great to work with also, they go above and beyond. My case has been long and drawn out, never did I lose faith in Reed!

While working as a Paramedic, I suffered a lower back injury on the job. Dane Nelson, of Nelson and Nelson, listened to everything that happened and assisted in bringing about a workmans comp case that ultimately helped with my medical bills, time off work, etc. Due to majority of this taking place at the height of Covid in 2020-2021, all of our conversations were on the phone except towards the end. During the conversations, Dane was very attentive the entire time and did not appear distracted once. Dane showed me that he is very compassionate, caring, hard working, and willing to do everything he can for his client. Thank you Dane, Liz, and the rest of Nelson & Nelson for all that you did for myself and my family!

My experience with Nelson and Nelson was great! Bob and his team worked very hard on my case! Everyone in this office is very professional, but treat you as though you are their only client! I found this law firm from when they represented my dad and he had nothing but nice things to say about them. Nelson and Nelson is an amazing law firm to have represent you! Nelson & Nelson has represented me in a couple of work comp claims, and a personal injury accident. I have never met a more professional office. I was in a MVA in October 2020 in Carbondale IL. I broke my wrist and injuried my foot. I was not at fault. My sister had previously acquired their service and I saw firsthand the quality of care she received. The staff, especially Renee and lawyer Dave, went above and beyond; in my personal opinion. I can’t help but think that they treat every client this way. This whole process would of been confusing and so stressful. I was already in pain, not sleeping and trying to recovery. Communicate via email, calls and texts keeps cost down. Which also aids in getting updates quickly about your case. Attacked by three 60 pound plus dogs two years ago in my own front yard in O'Fallon, Illinois is how my story begins. Not only was I attacked and seriously injured, but my dachshund was also seriously injured. We both required multiple laceration repairs and suffered painful soft tissue trauma. My left shoulder was seriously injured requiring shoulder injections, two surgeries, and months of physical therapy. I was left unable to work for months because of my surgeries, limited range of motion, and pain. I will eventually need a left shoulder replacement. Our wounds healed but my dog and I remain fearful of other dogs! For a year and one-half, I dealt with the insurance company on my own. I struggled to get them to approve treatments, pay bills, any money as I was unable to work due to my injuries, or just to settle the case. What a waste of my time!!!! Within several months, I had a six figure settlement check in my hands. The settlement amount was far more than I had been offered on my own or even expected! I know this was a difficult case with many twists and turns but Reed Nelson kept pushing ahead! I cannot thank them enough for all their hard and diligent work. Personal injury or worker's compensation claim-this is the ONLY law firm I will use!!!!!

Reed and his team were excellent to work with. They handled my personal injurie case effectively and the outcome exceeded my expectations.
